• Disclaimer: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." ZIPR INC, Zipr.ai, and RQlab.ai make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Services. Artificial Intelligence makes mistakes. It is the Users’ responsibility to independently verify results.

• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIPR INCi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

6. Termination

• Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Services.

• Termination by ZIPR INC: ZIPR INC, Zipr.ai, and RQlab.ai reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.

7. Changes to the Agreement

ZIPR INC may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law principles.
